FINALLY!!!! the downside to living in hawaii....getting new products last! however i have finally got ahold of these precious puppies that everyone has been raving about. i picked up five colors, but i am only in love with two of the ones that i purchased. i believe i was standing at the display for about ten minutes trying to figure out which ones i wanted, in the end i settled on: pink truffle, sugar plum, raspberry pie, sugar frosting and peach parfait. the sugar plum and the pink truffle has been my go to lip products since i bought them. the raspberry pie is pretty but very vibrant, definitely not something i like to wear for everyday. as for sugar frosting and peach parfait, im not too fond of them only because of the shimmer thats in them. for some reason they feel a little gritty on my lips and thats not something i like to feel throughout the day. my suggesstion to first purchasing these lip butters is to not get one with shimmer. all in all i love them!!
p.s. sorry i have been MIA ive had a crazy past couple months, as my life starts getting back on track im definitely happy to start blogging again. love you all!

sorry dolls tried filming a video and i really wasn't loving it so please forgive me...my favorites will be in photos for now.
lemony flutter from LUSH. i love how this cuticle butter smells!! it's a nice soft citrus scent (in my opinion), since i've started using this product i've noticed a nice change that used to be my ugly dry cuticles.
this is by far my favorite lotion that i've ever tried. it doesn't leave a greasy feeling and its a nice powdery scent :)
my teasing brush, i bought this one from sally beauty and this particular one was only $1.99 and a portion of the proceeds went to the susan g. komen for the cure foundation. i had a plastic teasing comb that i purchased from CVS before this one, but i found that these bristles tease my hair a lot better.
this moisturizer i have only found in walgreens and i have just rediscovered it. i haven't used it in at least 4 months because i was using my tinted moisturizer for the summer time, but now that the weather is changing i have found love for it once again. i haven't had any problems with break outs while using this, and the scent isn't overpowering.
this has been my go to brow powder lately. i usually use a pencil for my brows but this month i've been reaching for a shadow instead, and this color is just perfect for me.
my eye makeup this month has been very minimal and simple. this has been my all over lid color for the majority of october. easy peasy lemon squeezy :)
lastly; my revlon lash adhesive because of the brush applicator, and my super skinny eye marker from nyx. the tip on the eye marker is so thin it makes liquid liner a cinch for those of us that have issues with brushes :)
hope this was helpful for you dolls :) let me know your fave products as well, i always love to discover new products. sorry this was such a late favorites blog. kisses!!!

Ever have those days where you wake up and have to rush out the door without putting anything on your face or fixing your hair? I know I do!!! At times like those I'm happy I put an emergency stash in my car. I'm not one to carry around a huge purse with my makeup bag to work, because it's so much easier for me to wear a hip bag while working. In my car kit I try to keep things that won't melt, since my car is for the most part in the sun. I have things like hairspray, moisturizer, primers (eyes & face), nail clippers, hand wipes, etc. So for those of you ladies that work on the road a lot, or basically live in your car; I definitely recommend making an "emergency car kit" for yourself.

Yesterdays trend show at Nordstrom Ala Moana was awesome! The bestie and I finally invested in our Clarisonic Mia, and we got an amazing deal for them! The holiday sets have just come out so we purchased those, it came with a travel case and a cleanser. On top of that the two ladies were very generous and they gave us an extra brush head (the sensitive skin one) and an additional cleanser! I also purchased my first Phtyo products, I bought a split end serum and an anti-frizz treatment. This worker was also helpful, generous and sweet!! She flat ironed my hair for me so she could demo the anti-frizz treatment, and gave me an amazing GWP (gift with purchase). She threw in a travel size of the anti-frizz treatment, a travel case, hydrating shampoo (trial size), 2 cream treatments (7 & 9 strength) and a sample for the Ultra Dry program. If you ever have the chance to attend a Nordstrom Trend Show, do it!!! You pay $15 per ticket, but the ticket gives you a $15 credit towards any purchase you make that day. You also receive samples, and there are many demos and classes going on all day!!!
